Sure it's possible, there are a lot of agency in Sorrento's center that can rent a 125cc scooter from 30-40 Euro at day.
My suggestion is to don't rent it, expecially in the hight season, there are a lot of people on the road, driving in this zone is different; always there are fast driver on motorcycle that go between the car if you are not really expert with motorcycle driving don't rent it to go around Sorrento.
