Terms and Conditions

INFORMATION AND RESERVATIONS
You can request information or reserve an accommodation by compiling our online form or using the online support (button on the top of main menu). If the accommodation is available and if you accept our proposal and want to confirm you reservation request, you must pay the deposit within 48 hours (see Payments).

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
A nonrefundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of your accommodation must be paid in advance. We accept bank transfers, paypal or international money orders (western union). Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a confirmation of your booking.
The balance can be paid cash, check or with paypal to the host/hostess upon your arrival. Should your arrival time be delayed for any reason, kindly contact your host/hostess. Upon your arrival you must give us a security deposit of 100 euro that we give you back at the end of the week.

RATES
Rates are expressed in Euro and are weekly (from saturday at 2 PM to next saturday at 10 AM)  prices and include linen and towels (changed on a weekly basis); the use of fully equipped kitchens; all utilities (electricity, gas, heating and water); initial and final cleaning. 

CANCELLATION
If you should be forced to cancel a reservation for any reason and at any moment after the booking confirmation, you loose 25% of the total amount (losing of the deposit).
We reserves the right, after the booking confirmation, in the case of force majeure resulting in the property being rendered unsuitable for occupation, to substitute a property of similar/better standard and sleeping capacity. We will contact you immediately (at least 45 days before) and offer you an equivalent/better alternative. If you decide not to accept it, or if we are unable to find alternative solutions, we will refund the full deposit.
